The Oracle CC&B Specialist role is within the Digital Transformation team for our Consultancy client. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced functional SME in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Customer Service and Billing (CC&B) solutions for utility clients. This role requires deep Utility domain expertise and leadership skills.
6 Month Extendable Contract
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience in in Oracle CC&B implementation and consulting, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle CC&B architecture, functionalities, and configuration.
- Strong experience with utility industry business processes, including meter-to-cash lifecycle.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale CC&B implementations.
- Experience in conducting workshops, requirement analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
- Hands-on experience with configuring CC&B components and writing functional design documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle CC&B: Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements using CC&B. Provide functional expertise and recommendations for complex billing, customer service, and meter-to-cash processes. Configure CC&B modules including Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Rates, and Customer Management.
Client engagement leadership: Lead client engagements from initial consultation through to implementation and optimization. Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business.
Innovation and collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and data migration efforts.
Market analysis and insight: Analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
High-impact communication: Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.
Project management: Manage projects related to all digital/business transformation initiatives across groups business verticals that drives organization operational/marketing efficiency, new tech capability, building & demonstrates continual improvements.
Client relationship management: Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.
