A Global Leading client of mine looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi on a 5 month contract. They are undertaking a huge program of work requiring the best talent in the World to be a part of their already quality team.

Tech Skills Required: Oracle HCM, OUM, Payroll, Compensation Management

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years Oracle HCM experience
  • Multiple end to end Fusion implementation experience
  • UAE Payroll domain experience with at least 2-3 end to end implementation experience
  • Strong client facing experience including requirement gathering, analysis and client user training
  • Understanding of Oracle OUM methodologies
  • Oracle HCM, Payroll, Purchasing, Compensation Management
  • Excellent communication skills
