Leading Global Technology Provider would like to appoint an Organisational Change Management Consultant for their practice in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
- Prior experience developing change strategies, communication plans, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments and training plans.
- The selected candidate will have managed the change management execution end to end.
- By conducting change impact and readiness assessments you will identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organisation.
- Take the lead on workshops to train and communicate change activities to those impacted.
- Strong communicator who can influence people all levels of the client.
- Proven track record presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Lead the continued evolution of change methods.
- While on the client site identify further areas of partnership.
