Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Director to lead pre-sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. This role will be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI solutions, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the offerings meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a strategic pre-sales framework to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing pre-sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how AI solutions can address their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops that effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and ensure product alignment with market demands.

Market Insights:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Act as a thought leader in AI, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Proposal Development:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and RFP responses that highlight our solutions’ capabilities and advantages.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and reflects the latest product features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architecture within the software industry, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of leading successful pre-sales teams and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications across various industries.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
