Project Manager

Salt is currently working with a global technology company who are empowering businesses to embrace digital transformation! They are currently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple customer projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with external partners and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project milestones and billing targets are met.
• Regularly review project performance and address emerging risks.
• Support finance teams with project-related invoicing and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Essential experience managing IT or software projects.
• Forecasting & budgeting experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
• Team leadership experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with external delivery partners.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Projects, Teamwork, etc.).
