Senior Programme Manager

We’re working with a client who is looking for an experienced delivery leader to oversee complex programmes that sit at the crossroads of finance, data, and technology. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on steering enterprise-wide transformation and aligning diverse teams around a common set of goals.

You’ll be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of data-driven change across financial systems, ensuring collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. With a strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, you’ll lead from the front-turning business requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of finance and data programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Acting as the key interface between finance stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into delivery plans.
• Managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional squads to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Driving delivery governance, tracking dependencies, and mitigating risks across the programme lifecycle.
• Ensuring continuous alignment with financial reporting, planning, and data integrity goals.
• Guiding teams in adopting Agile principles, while flexing where necessary to fit broader enterprise governance needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• A track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation programmes, ideally in financial and data domains.
• Experience working with Agile delivery models across technical and business functions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Deep understanding of financial operations, systems, and how data underpins performance reporting and strategic planning.
