As we continue to expand our reach in the petrochemical and mining sectors, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Business Development team.

Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy in the petrochemical and mining industries. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in consultative selling within these sectors, an in-depth understanding of client needs, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that address complex challenges. This role requires someone with strategic insight, deep industry knowledge, and a robust network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the petrochemical and mining sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executives and senior managers within target organizations.
  • Work closely with the consulting delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and drive measurable business impact.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the petrochemical and mining industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to create tailored offerings for clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a sales or business development role within the petrochemical or mining sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B consulting environment.
  • Strong network and relationships within the petrochemical and mining industries.
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry challenges, including regulatory, environmental, and operational issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
