Senior QA Test Architect – Enterprise Transformation

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Architect to lead quality assurance initiatives for large-scale enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in complex service ecosystems and demonstrate strong expertise across both functional and automation testing streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and execution of end-to-end testing strategies across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors on testing efforts, resource planning, and delivery alignment.
• Lead triage and status meetings, ensure timely defect resolution, and support reporting into governance structures.
• Develop reusable test assets and oversee their maintenance in version-controlled repositories.
• Align testing frameworks with broader delivery pipelines and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with enterprise-grade platforms such as Siebel CRM, Oracle Billing, and NetCracker.
• Familiarity with integration layers such as Oracle RODOD and Optiva (a plus).
• Proven track record in both BAU and transformation testing environments.
• Proficiency in test lifecycle activities (requirement analysis, estimation, planning, execution, and closure).
• UI & Functional testing expertise using modern front-end applications.
• Strong API testing skills with Postman, SOAP UI, and Swagger.
• Backend validation using Oracle SQL (including query development and data integrity testing).

Tooling & Platform Experience:

• Test & Defect Management: JIRA, Zephyr
• Automation Frameworks: TOSCA (including object library management)
• CI/CD & Version Control: Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Scripting & Code Review: Knowledge of automation strategy, reusable methods, and version control processes.
