What You’ll Be Doing

· Opening new conversations through warm networks and targeted outreach

· Crafting tailored proposals that blend influencer strategy with digital media solution

· Partnering with internal teams to shape and deliver campaigns – strategy, planning, reporting

· Owning client relationships and identifying upsell and growth opportunities

· Supporting business development with case studies, insights, and marketing input

· Leading conversations that bring clarity and value to clients

· Staying on top of market trends and contributing fresh ideas to the team

**This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role. Success here is measured by trust, repeat business, and well-built solutions – not just quick wins.**

Who We’re Looking For

· Experience in influencer or digital media campaign sales

· Comfortable navigating both agency and brand conversations

· Already connected to media leads, marketers, and planners in KL or regional hubs

· Strong at spotting client gaps and pitching relevant solutions, not just packages

· Writes well, presents clearly, and understands how campaigns are priced and built

· Resilient, self-managed, and organised with timelines and follow-ups

· Has ambition to lead, mentor, and eventually build out the team
