We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our client’s team and drive success for both partners and company. If you’re a passionate and result-oriented individual with a knack for building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Lead, direct and control assigned sales & marketing functions.
• Establish targets for the sales team in areas such as sales volume, market share, margin and business development and monitor the performance of the organization against the goals.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects, expanding client base and market presence.
• Forge strong, enduring relationships with key business partners, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

Who do we look for:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the industry and a proven track record of profitably growing sales revenue in the market.
• Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice.
• Background in forklift operations, which is advantageous given the nature of the company’s automation solutions.
• Someone who has a good clientele outreach as they target over multi-million worth of robotic projects and sales.
