ROLE: Salesforce Developer/Administrator,

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, Executive to be responsible for

the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications.

At least one (1) years of working experience as Salesforce Developer/Administrator.

A blend of 80% admin/ 20% developer would be ideal.

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Salesforce Developer/Administrator, the Salesforce Developer/Administrator Executive’s focus will be supporting with the custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services,
• Providing tier 1.5 support and maintenance and will be accountable for overall system improvements.
• Salesforce Maintenance: Assist in the daily management and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including user account management, profile and permission set assignments, and routine system updates.
• User Support: Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on how to maximize system capabilities.
• Data Management: Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce by assisting with data imports, data cleansing, and duplicate record management.
• Customization and Configuration: Support the development and implementation of custom fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
• Reports and Dashboards: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to sales and management teams.
• User Training: Collaborate with the System Administrator to develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to help users understand and utilize Salesforce effectively.
• Integration Support: Contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
• Security Management: Assist in maintaining data security through the configuration of profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• System Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization to enhance user productivity.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent education/experience

· At least one (1) years of working experience as Salesforce Developer/Administrator.

· A blend of 80% admin/ 20% developer would be ideal.

· Salesforce Administrator certification is encouraged, Sales Cloud

· Consultant, or SF Developer certification are highly preferred and would be a plus.

· In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, S-Controls) and/or integration with external systems.

· Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality.

· configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions

· Must be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Ideal to have marketing automation experince.
