Our client is a specialised consultancy firm focusing on external hiring, HR, Procurement, and process optimization, and is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Business Partner to join its internal team. In this capacity, the Recruitment Business Partner takes the lead in devising creative recruitment strategies. They actively seek out the most skilled (HR) Consultants and interim professionals to bolster the community. The selection process prioritizes talent and drive over mere qualifications. Collaboration with the Account Manager is essential, ensuring optimal matches for our professionals and relationships.

Job Description:

The Recruitment Business Partner takes full responsibility for the complete candidate journey and the entire recruitment process. They creatively engage with talent through various recruitment channels and events. Building and maintaining talent pools, which may involve attending events. Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Engaging in multiple internal projects, including recruitment marketing, employer branding, and recruitment process optimization. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Participation in the organization of (HR) events.

Key Qualifications:

Passion for recruitment and identifying top-tier candidates for the community. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, or equivalent. Possession of excellent communication skills. Proficiency in networking and relationship management. Strong organizational and planning skills, a results-oriented approach, and a positive mindset.
