B2B Email Marketing Specialist

As the email marketing specialist, you are actively working with the webmaster, growth marketer copywriters, designers and marketing automation specialist, and many other team members, to improve the email marketing flow towards the target audience.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the marketing and design team to define, evolve and refine the email marketing campaigns to ensure an improvement in engagement focused touchpoints on all of the channels and how to combine that with email marketing

· Design and set up email sequences in their Marketing Automation tool to nurture and engage potential customers with our company

· Create new email marketing campaigns, analyze campaign data and present reports related to target audience engagement and improvements

· Oversee all email marketing projects right from idea to delivery

· Be actively involved in brainstorming with the marketing and design team

· Collaborate with the team to ensure synergy between all of our marketing efforts and our product

Requirements:

Education: Studies in Marketing (or related fields) is desired

Experience:

· Strong portfolio of email marketing projects that show you know what you need to do

· Experience with setting up automated email sequences

· Experience with Marketo and a Marketo Certified Associate certification is a plus

· Solid technical and conversion-oriented background and understanding of email marketing platforms and related web technologies
