Design and execute a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy, which includes targeting strategies for key business personas and market segments.
Build and manage best-in-class demand gen programs that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth. Utilize and enhance all demand gen channels, including SEA, SEO, social, display, email, content syndication, webinars, and nurture programs to hit our aggressive growth targets. For this you collaborate closely with our content marketing team.
Work as a partner to field marketing for local campaign execution and bottom of funnel acceleration.
Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs.
Oversee key funnel metrics (a.o. visits, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, closed wons) and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and spending.
Manage a team of experienced digital demand generation professionals. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members on effective demand gen tactics and approaches.
Manage performance marketing agencies at strategic level.
Own and manage digital demand generation budgets.
Essential
Candidate requirements
10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, of which 5 in demand generation. Experience in B2B tech or SaaS is a pre.
Proven track record in launching and running high performing digital demand generation programs for B2B companies, using all default digital channels (SEO, SEA, display, social, email, etc). Experience in launching full funnel campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which will be translated into actionable changes.
Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills
Passionate about technology – able to dive in and use innovative, next generation platforms and tactics to win.
Experience with budget management and media planning.
A strong can-do mentality, sales-driven mindset and an intrinsic motivation to maximise results.
