NegotiableOur partner, a global fashion retailer is looking its next Digital Trade Lead. Based in Amsterdam, the e-commerce trade team carry the honour of optimizing consumer experience and sales performance for the organization’s website and app. This role is one in which the chosen will strive for optimal trading, working in a tight nit unit of E-commerce product and product, CRM, planning and digital marketing. The organization is scaling rapidly to achieve its growth targets.
In your role of Digital Trade Lead, you oversight will be of all e-commerce marketing and trade campaign maintenance’s. These campaigns are planned, reviewed, and implemented onsite for the online app and website portals. Effective campaign launches require a smooth transition from creation to implementation. Daily, the role requires close coordination with local and offshore trade and content teams.

Role Responsibilities:
· Channel and capture customer journeys through creation of detailed campaigns. Generate knowledge of key product and marketing strategies.
· Facilitate content, trade partnership. Lead organized meetings and project management communication.
· Drive the Omni-channel campaigns and analysis.
· Analyze key market competition.
· Identify any potential roadblocks to process improvement.
Role Requirements:
· 2 to 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience within the fashion and apparel industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Substantial English proficiency. Western European languages (Dutch, German, French etc.) are a bonus.
· Advanced adeptness in MS office and project management tools.
· Work within the international team structure and autonomously.
· Hand’s-on, keen eye for detail and pro-active mentality.
