Experience and skills required for the HR Sage Functional Consultant, HRIS Techno-functional consultant, HRMS Domain, ITIL, HCM -SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft HCM or HR-SAGE
- Hands-on Implementation experience in HCM product like SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft HCM or HR-SAGE equivalent
- Coordinate functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, Information Technology (IT) groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions
- Learn on the go and work on both new requests/projects as well as support production.
- Certification in ITIL is required
- 3+ years in managing technology teams in an ITIL CMMI environment
- Preferred experience in HR-Sage, preferred background in Salesforce programming
- Mandatory to be in HRMS domain
- Fluent in English
