With almost 20 million users, offices dotted around the globe and 300% growth year on year – their Engineering complexity is increasing driving a need for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team.
The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with the CTO and Architects to build the global technology roadmap, build project/program plans and drive cross-stream engineering efforts.
The Technical Program Lead Manager will have deep experience delivering Cloud/SaaS, balancing business, technology and customer needs and lead on program execution and incident management.
What you need
- 7+ years experience within Technical Program Management and a strong technical background
- Deep experience with end-to-end product delivery of cloud and SaaS products
- Agile leader, a solid understanding of various program/product management frameworks and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, senior stakeholder management
- Empathy, team leadership, motivational skills
