Our client is New Zealand’s largest clinical trials unit based at Middlemore Hospital. They have world class facilities and perform clinical trials in partnership with all hospital departments focusing on the diseases and long-term health conditions that affect our diverse community.

The role

This is a coordination role where you will collaborate with a wider team actively assisting with all the documentation requirements and the trial process from end to end. This will include an understanding of the experimental therapy and the rationale behind clinical trial and research. You will be booking and coordinating the trail participants clinic appointments within time frames and participant needs. Ensure that all relevant data is accurately recorded, and a maintained log is kept for each participant. Working within the various guidelines to ensure all documentation meets expectations and regulations.

About you

Have clinical trial experience

Can work independently or a wide team

Attained a PhD or MSc

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy or physiology

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

High energy and resilience

Excellent IT skills

Sound project management skills
