YOUR DAY:

  • Managing email queries (including new bookings, cancellations, finance queries etc)
  • Managing phone calls when required (including escalations)
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Allocation and prioritisation of incoming tickets.
  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements – add your input!

WHO AM I?

  • You’ll be immediately available and able to commit until May 2024
  • Proven customer service experience (ideally 3-4 years), advantageous to have managed a team (not critical but can demonstrate having worked in more of a leadership capacity)
  • Ability to motivate the team, drive them forward in the right way (great way for you to make your mark!)
  • System-savvy; ability to learn new internal systems and enjoy process improvement
