Our client has a temporary need for a Travel Booking Administrator who can hit the ground running, this team works closely with all areas of the organization and is requiring someone who has good organizational skills and the ability to connect with lots of internal and external stakeholders. You will be someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and travel experience.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Arranging domestic travel bookings for the organization, including domestic flights, accommodation, and shuttles.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholder to provide a seamless travel experience.
  • General administration to support the wider team.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Previous travel booking experience is a must, so if you have worked within the travel industry, we want to hear from you!
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office suite and travel booking software.
