Part time: 25hrs per week

This Executive Administrator role has been created to provide governance and confidential administrative support to a Board and its Sub-Committees.

Tasks:

  • Preparation and distribution of all Board related papers
  • Taking minutes and following up actions required
  • Identifying & implementing improvements of the Board’s governance processes
  • Diary and email management
  • Logistics relating to meetings and events
  • Proof reading of documentation

Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Governance and Board support experience
  • Strong MS Office skills – advanced in Word, and have used specialised Board software
  • Proven operational skills – good time management, high quality delivery
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills
  • Excellent writing skills
