Wake up and smell the coffee! We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional to join a passionate team of coffee and tea fanatics based in their two East Tamaki locations. This is a hands-on position based in the manufacturing facility so you will need to be someone that enjoys working with a variety of people from the production floor to Senior Leadership. · Provide HR advice, support and coaching to the leadership team
· Guide and support on all disciplinaries and employment relationship matters
· Develop and maintain relationships with the union and participate in negotiations
· Support in areas of performance management, learning and development and some future HR projects
Your background:
You will be an experienced HR professional with a solid generalist background. Ideally you have union experience and have worked in manufacturing or FMCG. More importantly, is your ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders, build strong relationships and be adaptable.
A passion for Coffee or Tea is vital, as this team lives and breathes their product. This is an exciting opportunity with some opportunities to grow, learn and add value.
