Based in modern, beautiful offices in accessible Newmarket, our client is a leader in their field of the energy industry. They are looking for a confident, professional and warm Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, covering annual leave

YOUR ROLE:

Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
Answering phones
Supporting with courier drop offs
Supporting with general staff queries when they arise
Ad-hoc admin support
ASAP starting for 1 month

WHO AM I?

Prior experience in a busy Corporate Receptionist role – must be able to demonstrate working at pace
Positive energy and attitude
A quick learner who can demonstrate initiative
Ability to multi-task at all times
Technical proficiency (confident on MS Office suite)
