Receptionist

Based in modern, beautiful offices in accessible Newmarket, our client is a leader in their field of the energy industry. They are looking for a confident, professional and warm Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, covering annual leave

YOUR ROLE:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering phones
  • Supporting with courier drop offs
  • Supporting with general staff queries when they arise
  • Ad-hoc admin support
  • ASAP starting for 1 month

WHO AM I?

  • Prior experience in a busy Corporate Receptionist role – must be able to demonstrate working at pace
  • Positive energy and attitude
  • A quick learner who can demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to multi-task at all times
  • Technical proficiency (confident on MS Office suite)
