About the role
This is a small and collaborative team where you will be given the opportunity to be fully involved in the running of the office. This role is a total of 24 hours, spanning across 3 days at 8 hours each day. The main duties of the role include:
· Manage the day-to-day running of the clinic, including telephone management and scheduling patient appointments.
· Focus on patient care.
· Financial transactions, receipting, patient and hospital billing, and managing ongoing & outstanding accounts.
Skills & Experience
· Great customer/patient skills and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
· Competence with computer systems and strong keyboard skills.
· Experience with medical practice software an advantage but not essential.
