A bit about the role & you

Presently on the look for an outstanding organiser to join the team as the Reception & Office Coordinator. Bring your love of people and excellent communication skills to this position where you’ll quickly become the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders.

Purpose

To take ownership for or assist with critical tasks (reception, facilities, events and administration) that enable the team to meet the needs of their clients and contribute to the smooth running of the firm.

More about you

You will be an articulate and well-rounded professional who can deal with all types of personalities. You’re someone who enjoys looking after others, takes responsibility for your environment and pride in your work. Above all you enjoy building great relationships in an environment where your input and support is valued.

You will be

  • Managing the front desk, meeting guests, clients, and colleagues, answering calls, and scheduling meeting rooms
  • Providing administration and team support
  • Coordinating meetings and organising internal functions, including catering and technical requirements
  • Managing the maintenance schedule and coordinating with suppliers
  • An experienced professional with previous reception experience who is comfortable handling a busy desk with high value clients
  • An intermediate to advanced user of MS Office and other programs
  • Providing support to the Operations Team and the Firm Accountant
