Dynamic industry, role & incredible benefits, you will LOVE being the ‘go-to’ in this role, the natural port of call who has an innate ability to juggle multiple balls, whilst delivering at all times. Cracking team, amazing manager, you will be based in their fabulous open-planned office (CBD) before moving to a beautiful new premise (near the Airport) end of the year.

What will my day look like?

  • PA support to the CFO (diary management / travel bookings)
  • Manage the monthly business performance reporting process (diary invites, liaising with crew to ensure deadlines met etc)
  • Processing and approval of monthly invoices
  • Resposnible for general office management (including management of office supplies / stationery / building management / couriers / main phone line)
  • No two days are the same!
