About the role

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, along with project coordination to a team of around 3-5 professionals. This is a fast-moving corporate environment and needs someone who is happy and able to keep up!

Key responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Providing administrative support
  • Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, video conference support and catering requirements
  • Billing preparation
  • Event management and coordination
  • Document preparation

Skills and experience

  • 3 years administration experience
  • Competent across Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • A basic working knowledge of Te Reo is advantageous
  • A strong command of written and spoken English
