Our client is seeking project support for their demanding Regulatory Affairs team, focussing on admin tasks for their regional offices. A huge company with great exposure, this team is supportive, busy and a great stop-gap for someone to keep them stimulated.

Duties will include:

  • Support with background project work (administrative focussed / documentation follow up and collation)
  • Actioning tasks that come in from regional offices (must be a succinct communicator – verbally and written)
  • Managing the tracking system to ensure regulations are up to date (using Excel & Smartsheets)
  • Ad-hoc admin support, depending on what’s required (this could involved email follow up with stakeholders, documentation follow up etc)

Who am I & what’s in it for me?
