Reception/Administrator – Part time

Busy Specialist’s clinic needs an extra pair of hands to help their reception team. There is lots of people contact and busy phones to keep you on your toes. If you are super organised and love juggling lots of things but at the same time happy to be interrupted, then this role could be just what you are after. The ideal candidate will have had some reception/administration experience, strong computer skills and excellent face to face communication. Immaculate personal presentation is also important

Hours of work are 7.15am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday but there is flexibility for another day as well. As this is a permanent part time role it doesn’t suit students.

You will be rewarded for your expertise with an excellent hourly rate and work in lovely offices of a professional successful practice.
