This is an exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced receptionist at a high-end healthcare premise. You will be a people-centric professional who is confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, the role of receptionist is a vital one in this environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • You will be the first point of contact for the organisation managing the front reception desk
  • Managing incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Processing registrations and preparing collateral when required
  • Welcoming visitors and patients
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritization kills
  • Confidence combined with a great attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally, you will have previous reception experience
  • Available Immediately (must be able to start as early as next week) & can commit for up to 1 month.
