– Retail Store Manager
– Assistant Store Manager

The retail store manager will be responsible for the full operation of the store and will be leading the delivery of amazing customer experiences. This role oversees a small team.
The retail assistant store manager will support the store manager by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, and people management. This role supports a larger team.

Store Manager: experienced in managing a high-performing retail team
Assistant Store Manager: experience in retail, ready for that next step
- Comfortable with responsibility and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Support and contribute to the store’s sales and performance targets
- Stock management and cash-handling
- Recruit, develop, motivate, reward, and lead a high performing store workforce that delivers on target
- Support and promote sustainable practices
- Active commitment towards company core purpose and values
- Passionate about sustainability and looking after our Aotearoa’s ‘back yard’
- Love the outdoors, whether it’s the beach or the bush
- Understanding of the outdoor apparel industry a big plus
