The Hawkes Bay/Gisborne region is set to have massive growth in the next 12 months as more schools come on board with this NZ owned and operated business. They are seeking an Operations Manager to look after this region – based in the Hawkes Bay. The role is varied and no day is the same. You will spend the majority of your time out and about checking in with the teams across the region, ensuring they have all the tools they need to provide the exceptional service and food they are renowned for. As well as this you will have the ability to bring new clients on board and assist with their set up.
You will need to be a successful people manager with a background in the food industry, in particular food service.
What’s in it for you:

What you will need:
· Experience in the food industry – ideally in food service
· Experience in budgeting and cost management
