About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end to end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) across multiple businesses within the same group. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering complex CRM projects.

What will you be doing?

• Full lifecycle management of Dynamics 365 CE implementation

• Coordination across multiple business units to ensure seamless integration

• Stakeholder engagement and change management

• Risk management and issue resolution
