Account Coordinator

Salt Talent Search is looking for Accounts Coordinator for 6 months contract role.

The day-to-day activities

· Support and coordinate cross functional strategic initiatives and projects, delivering tangible impact to business.

· Conduct market research, tracking and compiling industry trends.

· Provide support on strategic projects, through conceptualization, planning and/or execution stages.

· Support and execute ad-hoc initiatives on short notice and under intense pressure.

· Pitching to & liaising with merchant partners where required.

The must haves

· Strong academic track record, currently enrolled in a university graduate program in Finance/Business/Economics/Management or similar degree.

· Savvy analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution, and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business.

· Ability to translate research into clear and actionable insights.

· Independence and discipline to see through initiatives.

· High adaptability to change; able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.

· Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; all ready to hustle!
