Salt is hiring an ‘Account Manager’ to leverage customer insights and help clients build their business to drive success. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or related areas such as sales, customer service or experience in advertising agencies. People joining our team will have an outstanding opportunity to build client and agency relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth.
· Manage customer accounts through account planning, product adoption, education and customer support.
· Effectively manage priorities and time to meet deadlines and administrative tasks.
· Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience.
· Previous experience in customer sales, account management sales support, agency account management
· Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
· Customer management experience.
· Strong team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin.
