Adjunct Trainer Digital Marketing

Salt Talent Search is looking for Trainers for a 12-month contract role Part time/ Project based/ Permanent to support training programs, helping elevate the digital skills and insights of learners.

As a trainer / coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact training and fostering practical skills that learners need to succeed.

What Will You Do:

• Lead and prepare Digital Marketing training sessions with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for students
• Inspire learners to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
• Guide learners through development of a real-world projects in the sphere of digital transformation that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clients
• Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing

What will you have:

• Minimum 7 years as a practitioner and trainer in Digital Marketing and agile ways of working on topics
• Must have: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
