This role is a flexible job opportunity that will initially roll as a 6 months contract & serves as a vital role for their business operations & support.
Responsibilities
- Provide online training via zoom to new riders/ drivers about Grab App in 1-2 languages
- Reaching out to newly activated drivers for free training appointments
- Provide outbound calls to drivers who have shown interest on their own to confirm appointments
- Care-calling with existing drivers by providing technical support, addressing concerns & taking in feedback to increase driver’s productivity
- Able to guide newly activated drivers via face to face if required
- Other ad-hoc duties are given by the Manager
Able to work independently
- KPI Achievable KPI (numbers of calls and appointments to fix each day)
- Preferably with telesales or any other after-sales experience background
