We are hiring Client Solutions Manager in Singapore for a Social Media firm for 9 months renewable contract role. The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results.
Job Scope:
6+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or performance marketing and/or account management and/or data analysis role
Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner
Strong listening and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients in these languages on day-to-day basis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
Qualification:
Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients’ advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth.
Work directly with key clients as advertising expert, in partnership with Client Partner and also independently, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating advertising solutions to maximize client value.
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
Drives product innovation internally with partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients.
Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of products solutions.
Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of product solutions.
Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations.
Proactively manage internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.) in a timely manner
Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross-region.
