Compliance Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for Compliance Manager for a 6 months contract role, this role is with our well know Technology client.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive compliance with the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, Competition Compliance Policy, and other relevant compliance policies.
• Conduct outreach regarding ethics and compliance matters and serve as a point of contact between the Compliance team and various business partners.
• Provide on-going compliance advice and support on compliance risk mitigations.
• Plan and conduct targeted risk assessments with support from rest of APAC REC team
• Provide regional advice on higher-risk compliance approval requests and third-party engagement review escalations. Plan and conduct tailored ethics and compliance training & communications for internal stakeholders and third parties such as resellers
• Review third-party engagements for potential ethical and compliance risks; manage compliance due diligence, oversight, and monitoring of higher-risk third parties and advise the business on relevant mitigation measures.
• Utilize regional knowledge and expertise to identify and recommend opportunities for programmatic and policy improvements, and work in collaboration with other Compliance verticals to implement such improvements.
• Function as the subject matter expert and Compliance point of contact for assigned markets

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with compliance, privacy, and/or legal
• Diverse background
• Work proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a must
• Experience planning and conducting risk assessments and/or audits
• Experience with Compliance, Privacy, or Integrity Programs
• Experience building and applying business ethics framework and principles
• Ability to rapidly develop working relationships while working cross-functionally with multiple geographies and employees of diverse backgrounds, including communicating in a jargon-free fashion
