Salt is looking for a diligent staff to deploy to our esteemed client for their kitchen hub in Singapore.
Provide proactive, prompt, and regular feedback and suggestions on Hubs/ Expansion Projects operational process improvement and efficiency
Support the day-to-day operations of Expansion Projects:
Handle food in a safe, hygienic, and sanitary manner
Pack orders carefully to ensure that all orders are sent out correctly without missing items, condiments, or utensils.
Assist in receiving goods, conducting daily inventory checks
Resolve issues on the phone or face-to-face with customers (Consumers/ Eaters, Merchants, and Delivery Partners) and strive to deliver excellent customer service
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost the reputation
Onboarding and training new Runners:
Perform with high standards of compliance to SOPs to ensure Food Safety Standards:
Comply with Food Safety SOPs to prevent cross-contamination and prevent leakage of trade/ business information
Cleaning and sanitizing diligently without being told (including the toilet, hard-to-reach corners and crevices, and places usually overlooked)
Assist in monitoring daily sales and inventory movement
Assist in recording daily temperature logs
REQUIREMENTS
Confident communicator with a high level of customer service attitude
Takes the initiative and does more than is required without having to be told
Have a “team member” mindset as opposed to “just an employee” mindset
Work within all internal policies and procedures regarding health and safety, equal opportunities, confidentiality, and data protection
Additional certification (e.g., in Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality or WSQ Certificate in Food Hygiene) is a plus
Comfortable with handling or having direct contact with products containing pork/ alcohol.
