Logistics Program Specialist

Salt is hiring a ‘Logistics Program Specialist’ working closely with various internal stakeholders and teams to ensure that procedures/ processes are closely followed through and that shipments can be delivered in the right quantity, right time and to the right place. You will be involved in strategic planning, effective inventory, and supplier relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on network infrastructure projects.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Review and update forward and reverse logistics process flows and documentation.
• Engage with team members to build and report KPIs/metrics on a monthly basis.
• Support vendor onboarding, invoice validation and unblock any account payables.
• Coordinate with sourcing and procurement on new purchase orders, validate the accuracy against bill-of-materials/requirements.
• Support new vendor transition and implementation in existing operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in supply chain and logistics operations
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good proficiency in excel
• Fluent in English

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Project or program management experience
• Data analytics experience, hands-on knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of budgeting & forecasting
• 4-6 years of experience
