Merchant Acquisition Coordinator

Salt is hiring Merchant Acquisition executive that can bring expertise to the team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engaging, enrolling, and orienting merchants to the DID platform.
  • Eliciting special offers and deals from participating merchants for the DID service.
  • Training restaurant staff, following standardised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines, or directing them to relevant Help Centre resources.

    • Essential Experience:

  • Sales experience is essential, with a willingness to consider candidates at all levels of experience. Field sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in an additional language (preferably Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, including the ability to update Google Sheets and familiarity with basic functions such as filtering and simple formulas.

    • Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Strong communication skills and comfort in engaging with F&B merchants and their operational teams.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at effective time management.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to F&B merchant locations; transportation expenses will be reimbursed.
