Our client is a global software company with the plans to expand their Asia operations. As the business is expanding, building a warm office environment to be a great place to work is crucial.

As part of the growth, they have an exciting plan to move to a new office location to cater more headcounts and this will be part of your new big project.
 
From an operational stand point, office management will be under your care from handling groceries to office pantry. There’s also administrative work involved in this role ranging from managing invoices and reimbursement of the business. Beyond that, the company organises marketing events from time to time, you will also get involve in supporting the event.
 
If you are someone who has vast office management experience looking for a stable and long term opportunity, this is for you. This role requires you to have great attention to details, prior experience with finance administration work and has strong sense of discipline.
