Project Manager – Transformation

Salt Talent Search is looking for Business Operations Specialist for a 6-month Project Manager contract role in Singapore.

What Will you do:

• Lead virtual teams and partner with business leaders to deliver on the firm’s strategic priorities, including complex client and technology mandates and commercial opportunities, to completion
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and technology tools, leverage awareness of innovative new technologies to propose cutting-edge solutions
• Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the firm to effectively navigate this complex, global organization
• Simplify complex topics and create innovative solutions
• Develop content knowledge and dive deep into any topic that comes your way
• Develop delivery objectives with measurable goals, drive consensus, and communicate results to stakeholders and management throughout

What Do You Need:

• Results driven individual with strong technological and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
• Ambitious and proactive: able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting.
• Effective communication skills, fluency in both written and verbal Chinese or Japanese will be preferred
• Collaborate and coordinate internal resources and partners to obtain buy-in and commitment for flawless execution of proposals
• Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context as well as how new technologies are relevant to client
• Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation would be a plus
