Reverse Supply Chain Ops Program Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking foe Supply Chain Operations Specialist for a 12 months contract role.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for operational management of reverse supply chain processes such as decommissioning of network gear and replacement of damaged or faulty parts in the network.
• Drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance. Conduct root cause analysis and close performance gaps.
• Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing both systems and tools that enable reverse supply chain operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal and external partners supporting the reverse supply chain operational activities.
• Support development and implement reverse supply chain processes that scale to support the volume growth and in different locations globally.
• Supporting APAC locations with focus on India market

What Will You Need:

• Engineering/ Masters educational background
• 4+ years of experience in Data operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations on technology side.
• Experience in Retail/Electronics/Teclecom industry preferred
• Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs, with root cause issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design, and supply risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and people management skills, influence across multiple levels of the organization and shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking.
• Experience in Data research and Operations managent
• Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and A/B testing
• Having experience in Data management and exposure to Indian Market is a big plus
• Having additional language skill along with English is a big plus
