Sr. Enrollment Specialist

Salt Talent Search is looking for an Sr. Enrollment Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role in Singapore.

Jobs and responsibilities

• Responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer
• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through various channels – phone, video calls, chat and in person events
• Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective student in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.
• Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students
• Facilitate eligible candidate’s enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class
• Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process
• Handle withdrawals/deferments before start of course
• Keep accurate and detailed records of documents
• Provide daily update on the progress on registration and enrolment status

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-driven and mature
• Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills
• Ability to understand an individual’s wants and needs to offer a logical solution
• Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions/ recruiting
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and able to multi-task
