Strategic Partner Manager

Salt is hiring Strategic Partner Manager in Singapore for a Social Media client on a 6 months renewable contract role.

Job Description:

  • Work with other members of the Audience Network and the leadership team to drive the long-term business plan for their area of responsibility.
  • Lead and support revenue and strategic account planning for the current customer base. Develop and execute on customer success plans and create the conditions for adoption and growth.
  • Oversee day-­to-­day operations with assigned accounts with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience.
  • Provide local thought leadership in the region and represent Client at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums.
  • ·Represent and convey the Clients Audience Network’s value proposition to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth.
  • Engage regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction.
  • Act in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to-­market strategies to achieve and exceed their business growth goals
  • Bring publisher feedback from the field back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Clients Audience Network products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.
  • Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire new business sales cycle including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier publishers in region, educating them on the overall Clients Publisher Solution value proposition of Audience Network, negotiating terms, closing contracts and helping onboard the customer

Qualification:

  • Deep understanding of the Vietnam mobile app developer ecosystem and competitive monetization solutions, gaming experience is a bonus.
  • 7+ years of overall business experience across sales, business development, product marketing in the mobile ecosystem.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Ad tech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, In-app measurement platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, Video CMSs.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile and online advertising markets, open to learn new tech, new products, innovative ideas.
  • Proactively collect the market feedback, competitors’ or industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a powerful story using data.
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships (familiarity with advertising terms & conditions & Hardcore Gaming preferable)
  • Ability to work in a very high growth and cross functional environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese as the role requires engaging with partners in Vietnam whose usual business language is Vietnamese
  • Relationships with the mobile ecosystem, ideally with top 100 app developers and publishers in the Vietnam region
