We require top talent that can bring expertise to the Team and partner with our Client at this time.
The Core Objectives:
- Taking on queries from merchants or customers on their account set up
- Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
- Querying Data & Generating report for merchants request and management need
- Other ad hoc admin & customer service duties
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel Skills is a must (Knowledge of functions such as vlookup, pivot tables)
- Account Management experience would be an advantage
- Poly/ A Levels or Fresh Graduates/University students on semester break are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months of prior office work experience
- Fast Learner, Responsible Independent Worker, Good Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Tableau, Holistics, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL and any other programming language is a plus
