Location: Singapore

Established over 30 years ago and currently is operating in 6 different offices in APAC , our client is a large, independently-owned creative/ PR agency with a strong client portfolio across various industries, including food, agribusiness, technology, travel, tourism, education, finance, insurance, property, and shipping. They offer strategic communications advice and deliver on public relations and content campaigns that drive results across all relevant channels.

They are looking for a creative spirit and dynamic go-getter Lead Designer.

The role will entail both strategic counsel and concept development, as well as execution of graphic and interactive design remits – including social media, edm, branding, campaign materials, collaterals, video production and web design. As part of our diverse local team, you will work with leading local and multi-national clients that span across the region. As the design studio grows, this is also an exciting opportunity for you to enhance the agency’s creative storytelling offering.

Responsibilities

• Operate effectively as an individual for efficient turnaround of creative concepts, visual designs, video production, artwork enhancements, adjustments and resizing
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations and deliverables on time and with high quality
• Work with clients, team, and vendors to translate ideas into effective and communicative design
• Build the design studio offering and team for long-term growth

Your skills and experience:

• At least five years’ work experience in a design-focused role with an outstanding portfolio in digital design, info-graphic and PowerPoint presentation deck
• Proven experience in developing and driving creative strategy and concepts, and execution
• Extensive and proven skills with software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Office software; Web development software; Animation/video production etc
• Able to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
• Understanding of existing and emerging digital and social platforms, and creative content fit
• Eye for design and passion for communications
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
