Senior Content Design Producer (Tokyo Based))

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Senior Content Design Producer for a 6 months extendable contract role.

What Will You Do:

• Extensive creative production experience specifically with design, illustration and motion projects at a design agency or in-house design department.
• Demonstrated experience working with world-class creative teams, managing design processes and systems at scale.
• Proven ability to grasp technical complexity and distill and convey pertinent information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with international brands or agencies, with multi-language and culturally relevant content.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem solver.
• Solid technical understanding of static and motion specifications and of design tools and workflows.
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude are a must. * Experience working with project budgets, evaluating external partner proposals and negotiating agency fees.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

What Will You Need:

• Support the design team in creating and managing design systems at scale.
• Run and communicate overall production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs. Establish and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and deliverables, across multiple global timezones.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve potential challenges throughout the creative and production processes.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, when necessary.
• Deep project oversight to ensure that time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and high quality creative is produced on time.
• Partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately, deadlines are met and executions are flawless.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts and spend tracking.
• Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals where required.
